Check your spam or junk folder first; that is where it usually is. The link is only valid for fifteen minutes and works once, so if it has been sitting a while, request a fresh one.

If nothing arrives at all, the most likely reason is that the address you typed is not the one on our roster, or your membership is inactive. For your privacy we show the same message either way, so we cannot tell you from the page itself. Email us and we will check.

Each link expires after fifteen minutes and stops working the moment it has been used once. Opening it twice, or having a security scanner in your email open it first, will both do this. Just request a new link.

Email us with the correct spelling and we will fix it. Any officer can update a name, role or join date. Once corrected, remove the old pass from your wallet and add it again to pick up the change.

Email us from your current address if you still have access to it, and tell us the new one. If you have lost access to the old address, write from the new one and include your full name and member number so we can verify who you are.

Try these in order:

• Open the page in your phone’s own browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android) rather than inside another app’s built-in browser.
• Make sure your device software and the Wallet app are up to date.
• Confirm you are signed in to the Google account you actually use for Google Wallet.
• Delete any older PCO pass and add it again.

Still stuck? Email us and say which phone and operating system version you have, and what the error said. That detail is what lets us actually fix it.

Email us immediately and we will end your active sessions, which signs out every device. There is no password to reset, because we never had one. Access comes from your email inbox, so secure that account too.

Email us and we will remove it. A photograph is always optional and removing it does not affect your membership. You can also ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to delete your record entirely. We respond within thirty days and usually much sooner.
